These Terms govern your use of book.myneighbours.cy and any booking made through it. The Website is operated by Yarden Living Ltd (My Neighbours), Cyprus. By booking you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and we send a confirmation. Prices are in Euro and include applicable VAT and fees shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our authorised provider, Payabl; we do not store full card details. The charge appears on your statement as MYNEIGHBOURS.CY.
Unless a different policy is shown for a rate at booking: 30 days or more before check-in — full refund; 14 to 29 days — 50 percent refund; less than 14 days and no-shows — non-refundable.
You are responsible for the apartment during your stay and for damage beyond fair wear and tear. We may request a refundable security deposit and charge for damage or missing items.
We provide the accommodation with reasonable care and skill and are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
