Name, email, phone and booking details — to take and manage your booking (performance of a contract); to meet tax and legal duties (legal obligation); to secure the site (legitimate interests); and marketing only with your consent. We do not collect or store full card details.
Card payments are processed securely by our authorised provider, Payabl, under PCI-DSS standards. We receive only a confirmation of the transaction, not your full card number.
We share data only as needed with our payment provider (Payabl), IT and hosting providers, and advisers or authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data. Records are kept as long as needed for the service and legal or tax duties (generally up to 6 years).
You may access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, or withdraw consent — contact info@myneighbours.cy. You may also complain to the Cyprus Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
